The Dhahran Oasis Quilt Guild held their annual show, and it was a stunner. I am not a quilter, but my mom was. As it happened, my mother would have celebrated her 86th birthday that day. It was a fitting celebration of the day for me. Awkward, but I do not include quilter names out of respect for their privacy, which many expats here guard carefully. If any Dhahran quilters would like to be acknowledged or include a link to their work here, by all means let me know.
